Some of you have been writing to ask how Charlie is. So here is an update, as I did not post yesterday.

He's doing much, much better. I kept a close watch on him all weekend to see exactly what he might be eating inside and outside. 

He is on an even stricter diet now. 

The trick is usually getting him to the vet quickly when he gets sick, so that they can treat him before it advances. He has had pancreatitis a number of times. We never know why.

He seems fine now, his usual happy self.

I thank you for caring about my sweet little pupster! And Charlie thanks you too.
